Being a mum might not be easy, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be stylish. Mum bloggers are taking the world by storm, with everything from sharing their personal triumphs and challenges, to simply demonstrating how to keep it chic despite living in a whirlwind of nappies, homework and SpongeBob paraphernalia. So if you’re a new or soon-to-be-mum, or just love people with a wicked sense of style, here’s three mama bloggers who are certain to inspire.

The Style Gallivanter
“Phwoar” just about says it all. A joint venture between Miranda Sakhino, (whose impressive skill set includes mum, model, image specialist and stylist), and photographer Andrew Kibuka (who took the stunning images of Miranda pictured above), The Style Gallivanter is unapologetic in its confident, meticulous and original approach to fashion and personal style. It’s a cosmopolitan kaleidoscope of big hair, bold accessories and bright colours of standards you’d expect to see in the pages of your favourite glossies. Such is her command of the camera, Miranda is well and truly deserving of the title ‘glamour mama’.
Forget rose tinted glasses. We’re pretty sure Hipster Mum sees the world through heart shaped glasses. Described as “a creative guide to parenting in style”, it’s hard to decide what’s better on this feel-good blog – the personable, informative writing about kids, style and food, or the utterly gorgeous photography. Think flat lays and playful lifestyle shots popping with bursts of citrus and just about every shade of pink. And despite having a faultless design aesthetic, Hipster Mum still captures a youthful energy that’s totally honest. As far as we’re concerned, she gets the cool mum crown.
What Would Karl Do?
We love this blog because even though the title references Karl Lagerfeld and the house of Chanel – a nod to founder Jess Dempsey’s gorgeous ‘luxe mum’ style – it indicates that even the most immaculate mums don’t always have all the answers. She writes candidly about fashion and motherhood in equal measure, has a drool-worthy wardrobe that mixes high street brands and high end designers, and blogs through the glamorous (fashion week) and not-so-glamorous (baby poo) with her signature easy elegance.
We love discovering new mum bloggers. Tell us your favourites on our Facebook page.
