Rock Your Skinny Jeans Workout

If you’re anything like us, you’ve got at least three pairs of skinny jeans crumpled on the floor of your bedroom hanging in your closet right now. Yep, skinny jeans are to your closet what oats should be to your breakfast menu (a staple item, people!) but let’s face it, really rocking them takes a truly special person.

The three most important ingredients to rocking your skinny jeans are confidence, attitude and a sprinkling of sass. And you know what helps you find all of these things? A good lower body workout! Yep, besides the obvious physical benefits to working out, exercise causes your body to release endorphins, which trigger feelings of happiness (+ confidence, attitude and the all-important sass!) which combine to help you rock those skinny jeans like they’ve never been rocked before!

So, what’s the best lower body workout to get the ‘tude cranking and the sass at an all-time high?. We asked our resident PT to put together a simple workout that would deliver the goods physically and mentally, every time.

Leg and Butt Circuit
45 seconds work – 15 seconds rest – 2-3 rounds
Forward lunges
Push ups
High knees
Squat hold
Reverse lunges
Tricep dips
2-leg hip raises
